- Tenders are invited for Construction of Feeder Road from Daurawa-Kayalwa to Zugai (3.5km) Construction of Feeder Road from Daurawa-Kayalwa to Zugai (3.5km) Completion Period of 16 Weeks COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested bidders are to collect the tender documents from the office of the director planning, research/statistics, Roni Local Government from the date of publication of this advert and between the hour of 09:00am to 05:00pm daily after payment of non-refundable fee of N30, 000. SUBMISSION OF THE TENDER DOCUMENTS Prequalification and financial bids should be submitted in two different sealed envelopes and leveled “Prequalification bids” and ‘financial bid” respectively withy company name indicated on one side of envelopes. Both envelope should be sealed in to the one bigger envelope and also sealed and marked with the project name at the top right hand corner and address to: The executive Chairman Roni Local Government Jigawa state, not later than Tuesday 18th April, 2023 by 12 noon. All documents for submission must be submitted with a Covering/Forwarding letter under the Company-s letter head paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the CAC, Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM No) fax and email address. The financial bids should be contain a bid security of not less than 2% of the quoted bid by way of bank guarantee or insurance bond issue by reputable bank or reputable insurance company acceptable to the procuring entity. The bid validity period should be 120 days from the deadline of the bid submission date. OPENING OF BIDS Only technical bids should be opened immediately after the deadline for submission by 12:00 noon, at the Conference Hall of Roni Local Government Secretariat, Jigawa State.
