Tenders are invited for Construction and Furnishing of Two Bedroom Bungalows for Less Privileged at Different Locations in Nkanu East/Nkanu West Federal Constituency of Enugu State Collection of Tender Documents (Goods and Works) Interested Companies are to Collect the Standard Bidding Document (Sbd) Documents from the Procurement Unit Room No.101 Proda Headquarters, Emene Industrial Layout, Enugu State, on Evidence of Payment of Non-Refundable Tender Fee of n10,000.00 Per Lot, Paid into the Projects Development Institute-S Remita Account in Any Reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria. Submission of Tender Documents (Goods and Works) Prospective Bidders are to Submit Two (2) Hard Copies each of the Technical and Financial Bids with Softcopy of the Financial Bid in Ms Excel Format, Packaged Separately in Sealed and Clearly Marked as “Technical Bid” and “Financial Bid”. Thereafter, the Two Sealed Envelopes should be Put Together in a Bigger Sealed Envelope Addressed to the Director-General, Projects Development Institute (Proda) Emene Industrial Layout, Enugu. The Lot Number and the Title of the Project should be Written at the Top - Left Corner of the Envelope and should Bear the Name, Phone Number, and Address of the Tenderer on the Reverse Side of the Envelope.
