• Prequalifications are invited for Concession of the Nigerian Correctional Service PPP Underlisted Projects (1) Diary/Yogurt Processing Factory, Sokoto (2) Industrial Water/Fruit Juice Factory, Daura, Katsina (3) Ceramic Industry at Auchi, Edo (4) Industrial Rice Mill Factory, Lakushi, Plateau (5) Industrial Furniture Factory, Ilesha Osun (6) Drug Compounding/Pharmaceutical and Bottle Water Factory, Kuje, FCT (7) Drug Compounding/Pharmaceutical and bottle water Factory, Orji River, Enugu (8) Industrial Soap Factory, P/H, Rivers (9) Industrial Printing Press Factory Akure, Ondo (10) Industrial Printing Press Factory, Kirikiri, Lagos (11) Bakery Factory at Benin, Lagos, Calabar, Dukpa, Kakuri, Kaduna and Janguza, Kano. (12) Cattle Ranching/ Dairy at Bislam, Sokoto (13) Cattle Ranching/Dairy, Okigwe,Imo (14) Palm Oil/ Rice Milling Production Factory, Ozalla, Edo (15) Maize/Other Grains Production Factory at Saminaka, Kujama& Kakuri, Kaduna (16) Plantain, Banana, Yam and Cassava Processing Industry, Itu & Elele Farm Centres (17) Relocation/ Landswapping in 6 Geopolitical Zones (18) Industrial Laundry Service, Kuje (19) Industrial Water/Fruit Juice Factory, Itu,Akwa Ibom (20) Plantain, Banana, Yam and Cassava Processing Industry, Adim Farm Centres, Cross River (21) Fruit juice Production Factory, Iga - Okpaya and Jato-Oka Farm Centers Benue state. will be delivered under a concession arrangement and fit for purpose PPP model for the respective projects. Note: (a) RFQ/RFPs should be submitted in English language and pre-qualified applicants will be contacted. (b) The publication of the RFQ/RFP does not constitute or form any obligation on the part of the NCoS, (c) Submitted Tax Clearance Cert., CAC Cert., ITF Cert., PENCOM Cert., etc. will be screened through the security Agencies. (d) Presence of bidders/representatives and members of the public shall not be required during the bid opening ceremony in compliance with COVID-19 Guidelines. The Bids Opening will be covered by video recording (invitation link will be sent to bidders to join the bid opening online) with the physical presence of two (2) representatives of private sector professional bodies and Civil Society Organisation in the areas of Anti- Corruption/Transparency; (e) Bidders can submit through Post (Courier Services) (f) Only shortlisted firms will be contacted. (g) The Nigerian Correctional Service is not bound to shortlist any bidder and reserves the right to annul the Procurement process at any time without incurring any liabilities in accordance with Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act 2007.
