Tenders are invited for Concession of the 700mw Zungerun Hydroelectric Power Plant (Zhpp) Solicited Ppp Process The Zungeru Hydroelectric Power Plant has an installed capacity of 700MW, driven by the use of renewable resources off the Kaduna River. The Zungeru Hydroelectric Power Plant comprises; • Reservoir at elevation of 230m, • A concrete faced rock fill dam with a maximum height of approximately 113m, • A concrete spillway equipped with four radial gates designed to pass Probable Maximum Flood (PMF). • A power located on the left bank dam toe containing four 175MW turbine/generating units for a total rated output of 700MW.
