- Tenders are invited for Completion of Perimeter fence Collection of Tender Document The Tender Document are to be Collected from the Officer of the Vice-Principal (Special Duties), Fggc, Omu-Aran between the Hours of 8:00am and 04:00pm Daily Monday - Friday from the Date of this Publication, upon the Presentation of a Copy of the Colleges Receipt Obtained by the Payment of a Non-Refundable Processing Tender Fee of n10, 000.00 into the Federal Government Girl-S College Omu-Aran Remita Account in Any Reputable Commercial Bank of Nigeria 5. Submission of Tender Documents Completed Tender Documents Shoulder in Two Hard Copies (Marked Original and Copy) each for Both Technical and Financial Bids, with Soft Copy of Financial Bid only, in Sm Excel Format, Package in Two Separate Wax Sealed Envelope Clearly Marked at the Top Right Corner of each Envelope Stating the Lot Number and Title of the Project at the Reverse Side, the Name and Address of the Company should be Boldly Written. Both Envelopes shall then be Put in a Larger Envelope Clearly Marked at the Top Right Corner Stating the Lot Number and Title of the Project and Dropped in the Appropriate Tender Box at Vice Principal, Special Duties Officer, Federal Government Girls College, Omu-Aran Addressed to: The Principal Federal Government Girls College Omu-Aran, Kwara State The Submission should be Made not Later than 12:00 Noon on Monday 26th October 2020, Bids Received Late will not be Opened. Please Make Sure You Register Your Bid and Sign in the Nis Submission Register as Appropriate. The College will not be Responsible for Wrongly Submitted Bills. 6.
