- Prequalifications are invited for Completion of Ongoing Renovation of Schools and Chemical Lab in Ikirun, Osun State 4. SUBMISSION OF PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS Interested companies are to submit two (2) bound Technical bid (prequalification) documents separated by dividers and arranged as indicated above. The documents should be submitted in sealed envelopes and indicating the services and clearly marked “TECHNICAL BIDS” addressed to The Director-General/CEO, National Research Institute for Chemical Technology, P.M.B. 1052, Zaria, Kaduna State”. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box located at the Directorate, Administrative Block, NARICT, Zaria; not later than; not later than 12:00 noon on Thursday, 4th April, 2024. Note: All submission should be made in two (2) hard copies and soft copy (USB flash drive) packaged in separate envelope and placed in one envelope labeled technical bid. 5. OPENING OF PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS The technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadlines for submissions at 12:00 noon on Thursday 4th April, 2024 in the Institute-s Library Conference Hall in the presence of bidders or their representatives Please, ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register in the office of Head, Procurement at the Administrative Block, as the Institute, National Research Institute for Chemical Technology, Zaria will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
