Expression of Interest are invited for Completion of Civic Center Admin Block and Provision of Furniture and Equipment at Kainji Road, Borgu Local Government Area Niger State COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (CATEGORY A) Tender documents are obtainable at the institute procurement office after online payment of non-refundable tender fee of ten thousand naira only (10,000) only per lot. To the institute treasury single account (TSA) CRF 3000002095. 5. SUBMISSION OF EOI/BIDS Category A : Prospective bidders are to submit bids for each of the lot desired, two (2) hard copies of each of the technical and financial bids, enveloped in two separate envelops marked “Technical” and “Financial “and both sealed in the third envelop indicating the category and lot applied, name of the company at the back and address submitted to: THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR FRESH WATERS FISHERIES RESEARCH P.M.B 6006, NEW BUSSA, NIGER STATE Contractors companies interested in more than one (1) lot should apply for each separately. The dateline for submission of technical and financial documents is 12:00 noon Monday, 15th May, 2023. 6. OPENING OF EOI DOCUMENTS AND TECHNICAL BIDS The EOI technical Bids shall be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Monday, 2nd May 2023 and 12:00 noon on Monday 15th may 2023 respectively at the institute auditorium in the presence of bidders or representatives while the financial bids will be kept un opened all enquiries concerning this advertisement should be directed to the office of the Executive Director/ CEO.
