Dear Bidder,The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The consultant will conduct an independent final evaluation of the project "The Social Dimension of Ecological Transition" implemented in Cote d'Ivoire, Nigeria, and Senegal. He/she will be responsible for designing the evaluation methodology, conducting a literature review, interviewing stakeholders (in person in his/her country of residence and remotely for other countries), analysing the data collected, and producing the expected deliverables: inception report, interim report, PowerPoint presentation, final report, and summary for publication. The evaluation must meet the OECD/DAC criteria (relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, sustainability) and incorporate the ILO's cross-cutting priorities (gender equality, social dialogue, international labour standards).
