Call for External Collaborator Support the development of a Biennial Workplan, Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Plan, and Communication Strategy for the ECOWAS Labour Migration Strategy and Action Plan
Dear Bidder,The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed:The recruited consultant/Team of consultants will be required, based on a methodological note detailing the approach, key institutions/individuals to consult, the ECOWAS Labour Migration Strategy (2025 2030) and a timeline, to develop a Costed Biennial Workplan (2026 2027). With reference to the ECOWAS Commission's Monitoring and Evaluation and communication gui9delines Guidelines, This will lead to a draft structure for the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Plan, Communication Plan which aim to create linkages to country-level activities, to develop a comprehensive framework for achieving the objectives of monitoring, reporting and evaluating the Action plan's progress towards the achievements of its Strategic Objectives. A Power Point Presentations of all deliverables (produced for validation meeting) will be also produced, accompanied by a briefing note, and slide presentations.Please note that if travel is required for this assignment, the necessary travel costs will be covered by the ILO.If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform.Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline.Thank you.
