- Dear Bidder,The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed:The objective of this assignment is to support the National Directorate of Employment (NDE) in thedevelopment of a comprehensive Five-Year Strategic Plan (2025 2030) that will serve as a practical andtransformative roadmap for delivering inclusive, market-driven, and sustainable employmentsolutions across Nigeria. The plan will focus on enhancing the relevance, quality, and effectiveness ofNDE's programmes by aligning them with the current and future needs of the Nigerian labour market.Through this assignment, the NDE seeks to reposition itself as a leading institution for skillsdevelopment and job creation, particularly for youth, women, and other vulnerable groups.
