Description:
Request for proposals are invited for Business Development Service Providers (Bdsp) to Manage Post-Investment Technical Support for Ayute 2022 Winners. The overall objective for the post-investment support is to ensure that the awarded companies receive the proper technical support (Product Improvement, team capacity building, improve distribution efficiency and fund management) to efficiently utilize the funding to deliver on the projected impact and scale up the growth of their business. This consultancy is to conduct a comprehensive assessment study; to understand the existing gaps between the current condition and desired outcome while providing strategic operation and human resources support to de-risk from the post-investment support should enable Heifer International to decide if the resources (financial and in-kind) have significantly benefited the organization. All interested consultants/firms are expected to submit a proposal or an inception report of not more than 10 pages. They must have minimum of 10 years work experience, strong virtual project management skills and capacity to deliver digital marketing and social strategies that support AYuTe- vision for Africa. Proposal should include capacity statement, reference form three existing clients, a clear and comprehensive technical methodology for project delivery, profile for project personnel, and financial proposal.
