• Expression of Interest are invited for Agro-Manpower Development and Provision of Start-up Grants for Ojodu, Alimosho, Afijalo and Agege Communities Collection of Tender Documents (Goods & Works) Interested Companies are to Collect the Standard Bidding Document (Std) from the Office of Procurement Department on the Ground Floor of the Administrative Building, Federal College of Fisheries and Marine &Technology, Victoria Island, Lagos on Evidence of Payment of a Non-Refundable Fee of n10, 000 (Ten Thousand Naira only) Per Lot, Paid into Federal College of Fisheries and Marine Technology-S Remita Account in Any Commercial Bank for Works and Goods only. 5. Submission of Tender Documents (Goods & Works) Prospective Bidders are to Submit Bid for each of the Lot Desired, Two (2) Hard Copies each of the Technical and Financial Bids with Soft Copy of Financial Bid only in Ms Excel Format, Packaged Separately in Sealed Envelopes and Clearly Marked as “Technical Bid” or “Financial Bid”. Thereafter, Put the Two Sealed Envelopes Together in a Bigger Sealed Envelope Addressed to the Provost, Federal College of Fisheries and Marine Technology, 2, Wilmot Point Road, off Ahmadu Bello Way, Victoria Island, Lagos and Clearly Marked with the Name of the & Project and the Lot Number. Furthermore, the Reverse of each Sealed Envelope should Bear the Name and Address of the Bidder and Drop in the Designated Tender Box in the Procurement Department not Later than 12:00 Noon on Monday, 25th of July, 2022. 6. Submission of Eoi Documents Interested Firms are to Submit Two (2) Bound of Expression of Interest (Eol) Documents Separated by Divers and Arranged as Indicated Above. The Documents should be Submitted in a Sealed Envelope and Addressed as Indicated above and Clearly Marked with (the Name of the Project and the Lot Number). Furthermore, the Reverse of each Sealed Envelope should Bear the Name and Address of the Bidder and Drop in the Designated Tender Box in the Procurement Department not Later than 12:00 Noon on Monday, 27th of June, 2022. 7. Opening of Eoi Documents & Technical Bids The Expression of Interest (Eol) Documents will be Opened Immediately after the Deadline for Submission at 12:00 Noon, Monday, 27th June, 2022 in the College-S Meeting Room. The Technical Bids will Also be Opened Immediately after the Deadline for Submission at 12:00 Noon on Monday, 25th of July, 2022in the College-S Meeting Room, While the Financial Bids will be Kept Un-Opened. Please Ensure that You Sign the Bid Submission Register in Procurement Office as the Federal College of Fisheries and Marine Technology will not be Held Liable for Misplaced or Wrongly Submitted Bids.
