- Expression of Interest are invited for Agricultural Development Programme for Women in Badagry Federal Constituency. Lagos State. SUBMISSION OF EOI DOCUMENTS Interested firms are to submit two (2) bound of Expression of Interest (Eol) documents separated by dividers and arranged as indicated above. The documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed as indicated above and clearly marked with (the name of the project and the lot number). Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box in the Procurement Department not later than 12:00 noon on Monday, 26 April, 2021. 7. OPENING OF EOI DOCUMENTS & TECHNICAL BIDS. The Expression of Interest (Eol) documents will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon, Monday, 26 April, 2021 in the College-s Meeting Room. The technical bids will also be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Monday, 24 May, 2021 in the College-s Meeting Room, while the financial bids will be kept un-opened. Please ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register in Procurement Office as the Federal College of Fisheries and Marine Technology will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
