Acquisition of productive use equipment in West Africa (Nigeria) CrossBoundary Energy Access Platform (Access) has received financing from the African Development Bank (AfDB), hereinafter referred to as “the Bank”, toward the cost of the Productive Use Appliances Financing Programme (“the PU Programme”) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract(s) for the supply of productive use appliances and related services. For this contract, Access shall process the payments using the Special Account method, as defined in the Bank-s Disbursement Guidelines and procedures for Investment Project Financing
