• Tenders are invited for Acquisition of Computer Software and Data Bank for Result of Survey of Small Hydropower Potentials of Rivers Across the Country, Workshop, Seminars and Conferences to Disseminate Research Findings (Centre National for Hydropower Research and Development, University of Ilorin) COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS -CATEGORY A AND B Interested companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the office of the Secretary, Public Procurement Unit, Ground floor, Room-0.011, Energy Commission of Nigeria on evidence of payment of a non-refundable fee of N10,000.00 per Lot, paid into the Energy Commission of Nigeria-s Remita account in any reputable Commercial Bank. Prospective bidders for Category C and Lot-A26 are NOT expected to pay at this stage except when shortlisted for Request for Proposal (RFP), and are Pre-Qualified. 5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS - CATEGORY A AND B Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the Lot desired, two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids with soft copy of financial bid only in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as “Technical Bid” or “Financial Bid”. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to: The Director General/CEO Energy Commission of Nigeria Plot 701C, Central Business District P.M.B.358, Garki, Abuja. and clearly marked with the name of the project and the Lot number. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box at the reception in the premises of the Energy Commission-s office in Abuja not later than 10:00a.m. Tuesday, 9 August, 2022. 6. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS - Category A and B Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 10:00am Tuesday 9 August, 2022 at the premises of Energy Commission of Nigeria, Abuja in the presence of observers, while the financial bids will be kept un-opened. Please, ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register in the office of the Head of Public Procurement Unit, Room-0.011, at ground floor of the Commission headquarters. No. 701C, Central Area Abuja as the Energy Commission of Nigeria will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
