Tenders are invited for Access to Markets and Inclusive Value Chain Development for Smallhoder Farmer Groups in Taraba State 3Scope of Consultancy•The scope of this consultancy will be within the six catchment LGAs of PROSELL intervention in Taraba State. These LGAs are Ardo-Kola, Donga, Kurmi, Takum, Wukari, and Zing. •A total of 80Lead Farmers1and 6 Project LGA Supervisors will be drawn as participants from across the LGAs, they will have the responsibility to step-down the knowledge gained during theprogramme to their group members and communities. Training for these 80Lead Farmers will take place in 2batches to manage the number of participants properly, each of the training batch will be for five (5) days.•Development of training materials, usingappropriate languages, towards achieving the objectives of this consultancy.•Recruitment, deployment, and management of qualified resource persons and facilitators for the training programme.•Identificationand engagementof business enabling organizations and potential offtakers that will interface with farmer groups during the 5-day training programme. 1.Signing of contract18thOctober 2021Both parties sign contract 2.Development of course content relevant to each outlined objectives. 20th-22ndOctober 2021Approved training materials for production and to be used for the training. 3. Training and linkage of Batch 1 Participants to market actors and business enablers. 25th-29thOctober 2021Delivery of a comprehensive and intensive 5-day training for Batch 1 participants in Jalingo. 4.Training and linkage of Batch 2 Participants to market actors and business enablers. 1st-5thNovember 2021Delivery of a comprehensive and intensive 5-day training for Batch 2 participants in Jalingo. 5.Comprehensive report of the activity.12thNovember 2021A maximum of 40-pagereport detailing training objectives, methodology, outcomes/recommendation, participants- assessment (pre-and post-training), photographs and attendance registers.
