• Description:
• Tenders are invited for 33KVA Electricity line from Nafara to Gantsa to Kukuma with completion period of 8 weeks. To be considered for pre-qualification interest competent and reliable contractors are required to provide verifiable evidence including but not limited to the following documents. (i) Certificate of incorporation with corporate affairs commission (ii) Certificate True copy of memorandum and articles association (iii) Evidence of registration with Jigawa State works Registration unit (iv) Task clearance certificate for the last 3 years (v) Audited account for the last 1 year (vi) VAT registration and evidence of past remittance (vii) Evidence of financial capability and banking support (viii) Company average annual turnover of not less than 25 million Naira (ix) Evidence of similar project Executed (letter of award and completion certificate) of at least 3 in the last 5 years (x) Verifiable evidence of the company-s profile and technical qualification of key personnel registered with relevant professional bodies (COREN, CORBON, QSRBN.ARCON, etc.) (xi) That company fulfilled all obligations to pay Tax pension and social security contribution (xii) A sown Affidavit certifying as follows: (a) That the document submitted for the pre-qualification exercises is not only genuine but correct. (b) That none of the directors of the company have been convicted by any court of law (c) That file company is not bankrupt (d) That none of the officers of Buji Local Government Jigawa State is a present or former director of the company (xiii) Any other relevant information that will have in determining the company-s ability for the work. Any prospective bidder that does not possess any of the above documents need not apply Interested bidders are to collect the tender document from the officers of the director planning research/statistics. Buji Local Government Gantsa from the date of publication of this advert and between the hour of 09:00 am to 05:00 pm daily after payment of a non-refundable fee of N40,000.00k. Note: (i) Bids submitted after the deadline for the submission will be returned unopened. (ii) Only the financial bids of successful pre-qualified bidder will be opened while those for the unsuccessful bidder will be returned unopened.
