Tenders are invited for 20HA Land Preparation at Two (2) Separate Sites of Raddawa and Makera A. RADDAWA i. Site clearance and leveling ii. Drilling of 6 traditional irrigation boreholes 8-10 metres depth iii. Replacement of 42 existing wooden electric poles with 33 pre-cast concrete electric poles iv. Harrowing using Tractor/Heavy duty machinery v. Construction of soil ridges for rice paddies using mechanical Ridger (Size of Ridge is 600mm wide x 600mm and size of rice paddies 25m long per paddy plot B. MAKERA i. Site clearance and leveling ii. Supply and installation of 3 additional 3-inch 1.5hp submersible pumps of high quality standard for existing unoccupied boreholes. iii. Harrowing using Tractor/Heavy duty Machinery iv. Construction of Soil ridges for rice paddies using mechanical ridge (size of ridge is 600mm wide x 600mm and size of rice paddies 30m long per paddy plot) 3. ALL APPLICANTS MUST PRESENT THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS FOR EACH BID i. A comprehensive company profile. ii. Certificate of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) iii. Financial capability of company/Audited account. iv. 2 years current tax clearance v. A sworn affidavit that the company is not bankrupt vi. Evidence of VAT remittance.
